Venue Verification Specialist

About the role

SmartTab is looking for a personable, dependable Venue Verification Specialist to visit local bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. You’ll complete Physical Venue Verifications (PVVs), gather key business information, deliver printed marketing materials, and introduce SmartTab to venue owners and managers. This is an active, people-focused role for someone who enjoys getting out into the community, starting conversations, and working independently. Your visits will help SmartTab identify prospective customers and create opportunities for our sales team.

What you’ll do

• Visit local bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues within your assigned area.
• Complete Physical Venue Verifications (PVVs) and accurately document requested venue information.
• Gather details such as the current POS system, number of stations, and decision-maker contact information when available.
• Deliver SmartTab marketing materials and provide a friendly, professional introduction to our POS solutions.
• Identify interested owners and managers and pass opportunities to the sales team for follow-up.
• Record visit outcomes, relevant notes, and recommended next steps.
• Organize efficient visit routes and maintain accurate venue records.
