AI Project Manager (Las Vegas)

About the role

SmartTab Partners is looking for an AI Project Assistant to help bring digital projects to life. You’ll work directly with our team on websites, apps, and business tools, using AI to support building, testing, troubleshooting, and project organization. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in “vibe coding,” web development, and automation. You’ll help turn ideas into clear tasks, make guided updates, test how features work, and keep projects moving toward completion. We value curiosity, reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through. Students, recent graduates, and self-taught applicants are welcome. Basic coding or website-building experience is a plus. This part-time position offers $18–$20 per hour for approximately 20–25 hours per week.

What you’ll do

• -Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist with website, app, and business-tool projects.
• -Turn project ideas and feedback into clear tasks and checklists.
• -Make guided updates to website content, layouts, forms, and simple features.
• -Test pages and features across desktop and mobile, documenting issues clearly.
• -Research possible solutions and help troubleshoot problems with team guidance.
• -Track priorities, deadlines, progress, and items that need review.
• -Document changes and communicate questions or blockers promptly.
• -Prepare completed work for review and verify that requested changes work as expected.

What you’ll bring

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
• Interest in AI, vibe coding, websites, apps, or automation.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to follow instructions, ask useful questions, and apply feedback.
• Clear written communication and comfort sharing progress updates.
• Willingness to test carefully and learn from mistakes.
• Availability for approximately 20–25 hours per week.
• Basic coding, website-building, design, or project-tracking experience is a plus.
